Good location in a fairly nice area very close to Isla Holbox, and commercail center. Easy walk to Plaza de Toros Cancun Event Venue.

the location was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and extraordinarily friendly during the whole stay! the bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away. our room was new-fashioned and updated with breakfast and the overall experience was very good. it was nice to have a microwave oven and coffee/tea making equipment available.

Efficient staff, the breakfasts are very tasty with jam.

Comfortable bed in the standard queen suite, plus climate control and complimentary wireless internet. Very tasty options for breakfast with basic eggs, yogurt, bread was often over baked. Particularly good location to Cancun.

No coffee provided for the coffee machine!!! The empty fridge is a letdown, and the rooms feel outdated. Noise travels too easily from the hallways!!!

Nice place with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. I remember how helpful the staff was during my first stay with my elderly parents. Highly recommend their laundry service! I'm coming back for a city trip.

Staying here with my family and three dogs was surprisingly smooth. The hotel offers easy access to local shopping and entertainment. The beaches are just a short ride away. Our room was spacious and clean, made settling in easy.

My children wanted a later pool closing time. It would be great if they extended the hours for families looking to enjoy more swimming time together.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Plaza las Américas and we easily explored nearby eateries. The room was comfy, and the super nice team. Don't miss the local taco joint across the street. They were fantastic!

I loved chilling by the outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace . The breakfast was decent, but the breakfast service seemed a bit slow on a busy day. It was a good experience, just be ready for a little wait at check-in 😊

A good cheaper option

The staff are friendly, always going out of their way to help! And the location? Perfect! Short walking distance to everything, including the best mall in Cancun.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the large bathroom with great water pressure. The fridge mini-bar was a nice touch, and I loved lounging by the pleasant pool area.
